Shipping rates are at competitive market rates all over Lebanon. For international deliveries, you may check shipping rates to your respective countries upon checkout.
Delivery takes up to three working days on average within Lebanon and up to five working days for international deliveries.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been processed.
Although we ensure all our items are in good condition on delivery, damage may occur during the transit period. We sincerely apologize and hope you will continue to shop with Al Rajwan. Please let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item immediately upon receipt by emailing [email protected] of on the same purchase date. Kindly send a photo of the damaged area of the product, write a short description. We will replace your damaged item. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you with Al Rajwan’s store credit.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is a problem with the item ordered by you (damaged item), in which we will reimburse in Al Rajwan store credit. You will be informed of the cancellation.

You will then need to return the incorrectly received product back to us and we will exchange the product with the correct one. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount in the form of Al Rajwan store credit.

Return, Cancellation and Exchange
Our client’s satisfaction is key to Al Rajwan. Before returning it, you may send an email to [email protected] to inquire about your return request. In all cases, returned items should be in their original packaging, unused and labels have not been removed.
Once you email us at [email protected], we will provide you with all the needed information.
Upon receiving the order, it is important to check that the products you received match the product you ordered – including type, size and quantity. If the product does not match what you ordered, feel free to email us at [email protected].
We can either send you the replacement item or issue a credit refund for the item that was not sent that you may use for future purchases.
